 Providing customer with a technical support and handling customer complains to boost a level of satisfaction and customer retention. Conducting quotations for technical and financial proposals and drawings responding to Sales demands and Projects bidding. Constantly promote the company’s image and products to this segment and achieve customer satisfaction, retention and increase targets following Customer First Strategy. Provide Technical Manager with all needed information and adequate advice and recommendations to support planning and decision-making for the Operation Department. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct technical proposals, coordinating response plan with Sales Mangers. Generate technical proposals and drawings, coordinating response planning with Project and Sales Manager for bid and sales preparation. Monitor and evaluate the dispatching activities to provide recommendations for maximizing its effectiveness. Effectively and promptly respond to customer problems and complaints and take the necessary actions, within jurisdiction, to minimize the negative impact of such occurrences on customer relationship and company quality standards. Reviewing customer purchasing orders ensuring the technicality compliant with the Quotations and delivery terms. Establish and maintain a good network of current and potential customers/suppliers to improve company’s image, and achieve client targets Report to the Technical Manager all activities, needs, and challenges and introduce recommendations and possible courses of action to support decision making at the Top Management level. Continuously improve departmental performance by introducing new, applicable, profitable ideas and initiatives and creative problem solutions. Perform any other responsibility assigned to him/her by the company.

Qualifications Education: BA of Mechanical Power Engineering Experience: 3+ years in the area of Sales Analysis Competency: Communication, Collaboration, Results Oriented, Resilience & Strength and Emotionally Intelligent Abilities: Quantitative Reasoning, Mental Agility, Eye for Details, probability modeling. Knowledge & Language: Excellent command of English and computer literacy
