 1. Ensure the achievement of the set targets through proper coordination and participation in sales and customer service effort: A. Assign sales targets and customer groups and follow up on progress toward achieving targets to ensure being on the right track and take timely corrective action. B. Participate personally, to an extent, and direct sales effort to maximize fulfillment of objectives. C. Monitor competitive sales practices to come up and recommend ones that improve the company’s competitive position. 2. Assign targets in the areas of customer base increase, and customer satisfaction and retention and ensure their achievement as well as participate personally in the customer service effort 3. Provide Sales Manager with all needed information and adequate advice and recommendations to support planning and decision-making for the Sales Department. 4. Monitor and report to the Sales Manager 5. Continuously improve departmental performance by introducing new, applicable, profitable ideas and initiatives and creative problem solutions. 6. Perform any other responsibility assigned to him/her by the company.

Qualifications Education: BA of Mechanical Power Engineering Experience: 3+ years in the area of Sales Competency: Communication, Collaboration, Results Oriented, Resilience & Strength and Emotionally Intelligent Abilities: Quantitative Reasoning & Mental Agility Knowledge & Language: Excellent command of English and computer literacy Business Communication: Communicates With Internally: All Departments. Communicates With Externally: Existing and potential local accounts and Competition
