•Establish and upgrade all HR programs in plant including performance management, recruitment, policies, training and development and employee relations. •Conduct orientation session for newly hired employees. •Work with management team to forecast and analyze workforce planning data and put the recruitment plan based on it. •Develop and execute monthly reports related to turnover, manning and staffing, attendance, leaves, etc... •Recommend offer letter for candidates in coordination with the C&B responsible. •Effectively develop and execute HR training programs to plant. •Assess training needs and quality of training delivery and develop yearly training plans. •Developing and maintain an accurate organization model in terms of organization charts, employee profiles, job descriptions, etc... •Work with HR Manager and department heads to create a high level of employee engagement to the company, minimize turnover and increase loyalty and satisfaction through reword systems, social employee events and pleasant work atmosphere and hours. •Monitor the compliance of employee to the company’s values and propose actions for cases none complying with company rules and values. •Work with HR Manager and department heads to identify talent and build a succession plan. •Develop HR policies and procedures like but not limited to recruitment, performance, attendance, leaves, etc....

Qualifications •Bachelors in Administration, Law or equivalent. •HR Studies is a must. •12 to 15 years of HR experience •Knowledge of manufacturing business. •Industrial Pharmaceutical experience is advantage . •Fluency in English and computer skills. •Able to build good relationships. •Problem solver. •Have initiatives and can create new systems. •Effective interpersonal and team building skills •Organizational Awareness
